KEEP THEM AHEAD OF THE CURB
Maintain your teams' expertise and teach them what they need to know with daily or weekly newsletters, curated with industry updates and best practices.
How does this work?
Once you complete the form below and have our discovery call, we will know what areas will help your agencies and list our goals.
At that point, I will create a blueprint plan and a roadmap.
Implementing the blueprint and roadmap is best done with recorded video sessions with me, so you learn how to do everything yourself and teach other stakeholders so the agency can be sustainable. Alternatively, you can talk to my team and me to do everything for you.
In a nutshell, over these sessions, we will identify a type of project that the agency often needs help from an outside provider. We will set up a detailed assignment for it on UpWork or other platforms based on the type of work. Then we will post the project with custom filters to optimize the proposals we get and begin eliminating candidates until we are left with the 2-3 best ones. We will then communicate with them and decide who to award the project and onboard the chosen provider.
The number of sessions will vary, but generally, there will be 2-10 sessions depending on the number of tools, processes, and progress we will achieve in each session. And we can schedule the sessions based on your availability.
I don't like giving access to freelancers, what about security?
This is a legit concern, and luckily today, there are tools like 1Password and LastPass to help us handle this situation beyond good faith. You can set up a single sign-on that lets them log in to all your agency tools and revoke that SSO anytime with one click. It's worth noting that in my 15 years of working with freelancers on such platforms, I have not once experienced security or theft issues. That's where the proper filtering process helps, too, by eliminating potential bad candidates in the first place.
I don't have many clients, do I need this?
If you want to grow, then definitely yes. If you're going to keep small, it will enable you to deliver virtually any request your existing clients send your way, even when it's out of your current skillset.
