This was an eCommerce migration project from Magento 2 to Shopify using the TailwindCSS framework.

The goal was to design a customized Shopify theme that achieved a very high PageSpeed score of 95 Mobile / 100 Desktop. Next, we migrated 350k orders, 85k customers, 10k products, and various third party plugin data (Gift cards, Loyalty points, Affiliates) from Magento 2 to Shopify.

Jack and Jill Adult and Caliente Adult are online stores built on WordPress with custom themes, mobile-first design, and Critical CSS integration. Developed using our own plugins, Jack and Jill Adult is highly optimized for mobile and desktop, earning a perfect PageSpeed score of 100.

We used Hitch and Varnish to build a dedicated server for the sites, which makes loading times very fast and allows us to handle massive traffic loads.

Both websites have a custom-made sync API that powers the shop system by synchronizing multiple dropshippers (and multiple warehouses for each dropshipper). An API server built from the ground up acts as a bridge between the websites and dropshippers, centralizing inventory and product data, and feeding it to both websites continuously. The sync works two-way, with both websites pushing orders (while also handling backorders for unavailable products) and automatically pulling status updates and tracking codes from the dropshippers.
